Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by using our contact form.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us for return authorization and address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Ebooks

There is absolutely No refunds on Ebooks, which are electronic. Once you receive we cannot erase your memory of what you learned from our trade secrets, plus an ebook is an electronic document not a physical one.

FAQ.

International/Domestic Customers: What about custom taxes and duties? Will I be invoiced any when order from you?


In most cases (But for the most part), you will not be invoiced any custom taxes or duties upon shipment delivery. Indeed, we have all orders packed in small carton boxes, with the mention "gift, no value for customs". Though , in marginal cases (we recorded 5 cases last year), a shipment can be applied to custom taxes and duties. Although we are not liable for those taxes and duties, we always offer our clients a partial compensation solution. Each situation is dealt with case by case by our customer service office.


I've ordered and received my item, it's great, but I've changed my mind, can I change it?


Please try to decide carefully before you make your order, but if you do change your mind, send us the product up to 4 days after you received it, the shipping fee will be spent by you, and choose another like product. A $25 re-stocking fee will be applied and we will send you your new product.


Sometimes support response is delayed, why?

What happens if the package is damaged or missing when I receive it?


If you ordered a physical product and it is damaged or missing, please contact us and notify us of the situation, we will ship another like/similar product out to you once we receive the damaged one back.


What if my courier asks me to pay some custom taxes. While ordering from your site will I be invoiced?


Only in some very rare cases, you will have to pay customs fees or taxes of $10 or $20 for countries East of Europe.


How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?


You can contact us based on our information if you wish to cancel or change your order. If we do not hear from you about canceling or changing orders within 24 hours, we will deal with the shipment for you.


Return Policy


If you are not satisfied with our product, you must contact us within 7 days from order date. All items sent back to us must be in original condition: not worn, altered, or washed, with all tags attached. You should pay the shipping fee and we will charge you 20% of your order amount as our restocking fee. If the parcel reached you, but you do not want to sign for it and the parcel is returned to us, we will charge you 20% of the order amount as our fee. If to ship the order by sending us the shipping costs, you choose leaving the parcel and not returning it to us, we will charge you 50% of the order amount because we will have lost the shipping fee and the item.


Order handling time


After orders are paid, the warehouse department generally takes 3-6 working days (Affected by hot-sales season or public holidays, the processing time may be extended to 5-10 working days) for quality inspection, packaging, and then delivery to the logistics center for shipment.


Refund Policy:


a. For orders shipped to the USA, European countries, New Zealand, Canada, Discount Gallery Zone will refund if the total shipping time more than 30 days.


b. Note: Order delay caused by delivery pending, such as an insufficient address, package unclaimed, inability to contact the customer, etc, Discount Gallery Zone will not refund you.


We will not refund because of unforeseen circumstances, such as an epidemic, strike, natural disaster, war, etc.


We will not refund if the package is ever shipped to the following countries:

UK Express:


All UK packages will be shipped by UK Express by default.


US Express:

Delivery Time


US Express: Average delivery time is 7-12 days.


UK Express: Average delivery time is 6-10 days.


Note: In busy season, there may be 3-5 days delay.

Shipping time
